My Diabetes Story
A regular annual blood work in 2003 revealed high HbA1c levels confirming diabetes. Family history-wise my father did suffer from this condition.
Luckily, I did not face any other major health concerns.
How was FFD introduced?
A few of my friends and relatives had successfully gone through the FFD program.
What made me choose FFD?
After a recent gall bladder removal surgery, My medication was not effective. I was seeking alternatives, and FFD appeared to be a suitable option based on reviews.

Reversal Story
The FFD team meticulously analyzed my case and crafted a personalized plan tailored to my needs. As I diligently followed it, I began witnessing remarkable results.
Within just three weeks, I was able to stop my diabetes medication, And in the following three weeks, I also discontinued my cholesterol and blood pressure medicines.
My HbA1c dropped significantly from 8.4 to 6.1. Additionally, I lost around 10 kg in the first two months of joining FFD, and my weight has remained stable ever since.
I am proud to share that I even cleared my GTT (home) in October 2024.
As a wonderful bonus, My eyesight has significantly improved, Reducing my dependence on glasses.
I feel fantastic—full of energy and highly mindful of my diet. Becoming medicine-free while keeping my diabetes in check has been an incredible achievement.
As a passionate runner and hiker, I embraced running under FFD’s guidance at the age of 60. Over the past five months, I have completed an impressive forty-two 5K runs and three 10K runs. My love for hiking keeps me drawn to the mountains, and my most challenging trek so far has been an 8-mile hike with a 3,400-foot elevation gain.
I am deeply grateful to all the FFD experts for their invaluable guidance and support throughout this life-changing journey.
