TRP Cancellation & Postponement Policy 2022
For Transcendental Residential Program - Cancellation
If cancellation is done 30 days prior to the TRP date, we charge 20% of the amount paid and 80% of the amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done 29 to 15 days prior to the TRP date, we charge 40% of the amount paid and 60% of the amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done 14 to 4 days prior to the TRP date, we charge 70% of the amount paid and 30% of the amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done in 3 or less than three days, then a 100% amount will be charged and no refund will be processed.
If the refund is requested within 10 days of making the TRP payment, there will be a deduction of 10,000/-INR and the rest will be refunded.
For Transcendental Residential Program - Postponement
If the postponement is done 30 days prior to the TRP date, you can book your next TRP without paying anything extra.
If the postponement is done 29 to 15 days prior to the TRP date, we charge 20% of the amount paid. The patient will have to pay 20% extra for the next TRP booking.
If the postponement is done 14 to 4 days prior to the TRP date, we charge 35% of the amount paid. The patient will have to pay 35% extra for the next TRP booking.
If the postponement is done within or less than 3 days, we charge 50% of the amount paid. The patient will have to pay 50% extra for the next TRP booking.
Note: In case of postponement, we do not refund any amount to the patient. The patient is entitled to pay the difference amount on rebooking their spot for the next TRP. Processing time for refunds will be 2 weeks.
Note: TRP to HTP shift can be done only in unforeseen circumstances which is limited to a 7 days timeframe with the basic deduction charges of 7,000/-INR towards the administration cost.
TRP lockdown Polic
Refund Policy
1. If there is a complete lockdown on account of orders by the Central Govt./State Govt./Municipal Corporation/District Collector/Gram Panchayat or any other competent authority, which restricts movement of individuals to and from to the location programme and refund if the batch has not started and no consultation has been taken, then the TRP participants can opt for full refund.
2. Participants who have enrolled for both TRP+HTP programmes are not eligible for any refund if their HTP batch starts. In case of a lockdown as stated above, their TRP will be on hold.
Hold Policy
1. If lockdown happens as stated above then the TRP participant’s program will be put on hold till further GR circular and will be resumed with the upcoming batch/dates.
2. For Participants enrolled in both the HTP+TRP, the TRP program will be put on hold during lockdown; however the HTP will be conducted as usual.
NOTE: FFD shall not be responsible for any direct/indirect loss that may be suffered by a TRP/HTP participant on account of restrictions imposed due lockdown.

If a participant is found to have suicidal ideation, the tendency to self-harm, the tendency to harm others, extreme neurosis, age-related de-generative mental disorder (dementia), or psychotic symptoms, then the said participant will be asked to seek psychiatric support from a psychiatrist outside FFD. We will attempt to contact the participant's caregivers for the participant's benefit. But if the participant refuses to share the caregiver's contact details or the caregiver is not accessible, then FFD is not responsible for the participant's wellbeing. Although we have a team of psychologists who are working as inner transformation experts, they are not clinical psychologists and cannot perform diagnosis of psychiatric illness.
