My diabetes was identified during a check-up in 2013. I was suffering from excess urination and tiredness at that time. With no family history of this condition, the news was pretty unsettling. I had never expected it.
I was also diagnosed to have hypertension and high cholesterol in 2022, I realized I needed to do something for my health.
