I am Dr. Leena Kuthari, a 48 years young, doctor by profession from Navi Mumbai. I used to practice, but due to frequent transfers of my husband, I could not continue my profession.
I was always overweight. At the time of my wedding, I was 58 kg. I have 2 kids and in some years I put on weight. I used to do brisk walking, swimming, play badminton and eat low-calorie food but nothing helped me to reduce.
Only 2-3 kg used to go down and again come back if I ate in parties. So I was just able to maintain my weight 69 kg which was pretty high for my height of 158 cm.
