My Diabetes Story


Around 4 years ago in 2019, I began experiencing symptoms of giddiness. Worried, I went to see my doctor who suggested having routine blood tests done. The results were shocking as I had been diagnosed with diabetes.

Though there is a strong family history, I never expected it to happen to me. I was always under the fear of increasing medicines and going into complications. By the time I joined FFD, I was on medicines for 3 times in a day.

Additionally, I suffered from l5 s1 gap in the spine, backache, thyroid, hand shivering, spondylitis and weakness.

I had also gained weight and reached 84 kg with a high BMI of 31.64.
