Hello all,
I'm Lokesh Gupta a Mathematics Lecturer from Solan, Himachal Pradesh. I live in a hilly area so climbing inclines is my regular activity.
My diabetes story
I noticed that my body had begun exhibiting diabetes symptoms such as thirstiness and fatigue in 2013. This led me to talk to my aunt, who is a doctor herself.
She advised me to get checked up. I was confirmed to have diabetes with an HbA1c of 8.9. This disorder affects my father as well.
How did I get to know about FFD?

The FFD program is well-designed and well-equipped. The 4 protocols are amazing. I lost 10 kg from 72 kg to 62 kg in three months. I feel much lighter now.
It took me eight to nine months to completely stop taking my diabetes medicines, but FFD has taught me that each diabetic is unique.
