In 2015 while experiencing significant work-related stress, I underwent a medical examination. The results revealed that I had developed diabetes and was also suffering from hypertension.
These diagnoses came as unwelcome news. More recently, in 2022, I discovered I had high cholesterol as well. It's worth noting that diabetes is not prevalent in my family history.
