My battle with diabetes began years ago (2009) when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my second pregnancy. What started as a temporary condition soon became a lifelong struggle, Compounded by a family history of diabetes. Both of my parents had diabetes, and I found myself walking down the same path.
The diagnosis brought a range of challenges—irregular periods, Significant weight gain, and persistent pain in my back and knees. Over time, these issues escalated into more severe symptoms, Including a burning and tingling sensation in my feet. With each passing day, My condition was not just a medical concern but a barrier to living life fully. The constant stress, the never-ending responsibilities of managing work and family, and the exhaustion from dealing with the symptoms became overwhelming.
How was FFD introduced?
My husband’s colleague introduced me to Freedom from Diabetes (FFD), a platform that helped many regain control over their health.
What made me choose FFD?
