My Diabetes Story

The year 2017 medical checkup to investigate the cause of my headaches confirmed I had developed diabetes. Family history-wise, my dad was diabetic, and my mom is diabetic. My other problems included digestive issues, weight gain, and high cholesterol.

Deep within, I always wished to improve my health.

How was FFD introduced?

While I was on a holiday I was looking for natural ways to help with my health issues and reverse diabetes. That was the time when I was introduced to FFD.
