I'm Geetanjali Gokhale a housewife from Mumbai.

My diabetes story

As a result of severe thirst and frequent urination, I went for my tests and was diagnosed with full-blown diabetes.  This was in the year 2015. My mother did suffer from diabetes. Luckily, I never faced any major problems due to this disorder.

How did FFD happen?

I happened to read the story of one FFD participant who had become free from diabetes medicines.

What made me join FFD?

The very thought of freedom from medicines was so comforting that I too decided to attend the introductory session by Dr. Pramod Tripathi. I attended the introductory session in December 2019 and enrolled in the FFD type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP in March 2022.

Reversal story

My FFD journey has been superb. I could see excellent sugar control in 10 days and my diabetes medicines stopped within 15 days. I am medicine free since then.

My HbA1c improved from 6.7 with medicines to 6.3 without medicines. My weight loss of 5-6 kg has been decent but I still need to work on that front. I do 2 hours of walking and staircase climbing daily.
