My diabetes story

My diabetes was diagnosed after dengue fever in August 2020. Family history wise my mother does suffer from this condition. I faced the regular problems that are associated with diabetes like acidity, constipation, and burning sensation, but nothing major.

How did I get to know about FFD?

I had been researching a non-allopathic way to get going with diabetes. During this process did come across FFD on YouTube.

What made me choose FFD?

FFD was promising diabetes treatment without allopathic medication which was impressive. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

The 4 FFD protocols namely diet, exercise, inner transformation, and medical assistance are just superb. My diabetes medicines stopped within 15 days of joining the program. It is great to have stopped the medication at an early stage.

FFD had made me more health conscious. I have learned how to manage stress too. My only regret is I lost a lot of hair which has been explained to me that may happen to some participants.  

My weight loss has been up to 10 kg but I still need to lose more. My HbA1c is improved from 6.5 to 5.4. My present job location is in a remote place in Andhra Pradesh where following the FFD protocols is almost impossible but I am conscious about what I consume.
