I am Rupam Kumari a School Principal from Bihar.

My diabetes story

The feeling of weakness and urine infection made me undergo routine tests. The test results confirmed it was due to diabetes. Family history-wise, I have a very strong family history with my grandparents, parents, and siblings all suffering from it.

I had witnessed both my parents suffer from this disease and how they succumbed to it. Wrong and too many medicines did affect their kidney function also. I definitely did not want to live such a life and kept searching for some solution wherever possible.

How did FFD happen?

It was my third-number sister who told me about the FFD program. She convinced me about its benefits. I then went on further to watch the testimonials which were really impressive.

What made me join FFD?

Reversal story

There were some hiccups in the initial period. I was not getting the desired results but I decided to try it for at least a few days. A miracle happened and I could see the positive effect which motivated me to continue the program.

My diabetes medicines stopped within a couple of months which was great. My HbA1c has seen immense progress from 7.1 down to 5.1 with an unbelievable current level of 4.8.

My weight loss also has been worth noting. I lost around 20 kg of weight by following the FFD program. My kids are too small but in the future, I would love to pursue an athletic identity as a Marathoner.
