My Diabetes Story
A medical examination conducted to assess COVID-related symptoms in December 2020 disclosed I had diabetes.
Family history-wise, my father was diagnosed with diabetes at a relatively late age of around 58 years.
Other than this, I faced health challenges such as persistent fatigue, headaches, and a bulky physique.
The discovery of diabetes served as a pivotal point in understanding and addressing my overall health concerns.
How was FFD Introduced?
I learned about FFD from a friend who had previously participated in the program.
What made me choose FFD?
I never liked being on medicines. With FFD, I saw a hope of going free of medicines. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Reversal Story
Discovering FFD in the early stages of my diabetes was truly fortunate. It allowed me to avert potential complications and witness a swift cessation of my medications within just 2-3 weeks—an incredibly positive development.
Furthermore, my HbA1c level improved significantly, transitioning from 9.5 to 5.5. Notably, I shed an initial 2-3 kg in just a couple of days and eventually lost an impressive 12-13 kg in total.
Embracing the athletic persona of a runner, my exercise routine comprises 3 days of running, 2 days of weight training, and 1 day dedicated to stretching and yoga.
The FFD journey was thoroughly enjoyable. I fondly recall participating in group meditation sessions with the soothing voice of Dr. Pramod Tripathi.
I express gratitude to Dr. Malhar and the entire team for their guidance and unwavering motivation, enabling me to carve out an identity of athleticism.
