My Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes towards the end of 2020 after noticing a spike in my sugar levels during a routine checkup. I do have a family history of this condition which makes me more prone to the progression of this disease and its complications.
I had experienced a diabetic spike during pregnancy, and the weight gained during that period never returned to normal. Over time, My fitness levels declined and I faced issues such as cellulite accumulation, Muscle mass reduction, and severe knee pain, Particularly in my right leg.
Basic movements such as climbing stairs, Performing leg raises, Or even standing on a stool in the kitchen became difficult due to pain and lack of flexibility.
How was FFD introduced and why did I choose it?
A search on the internet brought me to FFD and my determination to change my condition made me join the annual program HTP.

Reversal Story
As I began following the plan provided by the FFD team, I started seeing positive results.
My HbA1c improved from 7.0 to 6.5 good level.
My 10 kg weight loss from 85 kg to 75 kg has been superb. This transformation not only helped me feel physically lighter but also significantly improved my overall well-being, Resulting in a leaner body with more muscle and less fat.
I attribute much of my success to the 3-2-1 method, which, When turned into a habit, Became a powerful tool in maintaining my fitness.
Additionally, I also underwent physiotherapy for three months to address my knee pain and even tried dry needling therapy to realign my nerves. Over time, the right knee and calf began to heal, Allowing me to regain mobility.
Today, I proudly perform 50 rounds of Surya Namaskara without stopping — An Achievement I once thought impossible. I am planning to continue swimming after a break.
Apart from physical fitness, I also focused on Inner transformation. I participated in sessions with my psychologist, Kavita, Which helped me navigate cravings and dietary challenges.
One key realization came when I framed my health journey as an act of devotion to God. By surrendering my actions to a higher purpose, I found that my mind stopped resisting the disciplined lifestyle.
This newfound perspective brought mental peace and allowed me to stay focused on my goals without internal conflict. The sessions with Kavita were insightful and instrumental in finding an anchor through difficult moments.
