My Diabetes Story


During my routine medical check-up in August 2023, the results revealed a startling truth – I had been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. This revelation came as a considerable shock, especially since there was no known family history of the condition. Initially puzzled, I delved deeper into retrospection and identified potential contributing factors.

I recognized that the period surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic had been an exceptionally stressful time due to concerns over my father's health. Furthermore, I became acutely aware of how any stressful situation, such as the anxiety surrounding my daughter's 10th-grade examinations, manifested physical symptoms like acidity and severe digestive issues for me.

This newfound awareness shed light on the potential link between stress and the development of my pre-diabetic condition, prompting me to take proactive steps toward reclaiming my well-being.

In my pursuit of finding a solution to address my pre-diabetic condition, my online research led me to discover FFD.
