Hello all,
I'm Ranjana G. Kansal a homemaker now settled in Delhi. I have worked in SBI (India) and HSBC London previously.
My diabetes story
I had my first brush with diabetes in the form of gestational diabetes way back in the year 1991 at the age of 33. At that time neither of my parents had it though some of their siblings were already impacted.
I was told half the truth then that it comes and goes with pregnancy. It did go but I never realized that it was a wake-up call for me. Almost 20 years later, I was admitted for the removal of the uterus.
The usual mandatory tests were done and I got the shock of my life! The random BSL number of 200+. With diabetes, backaches and frozen shoulder popped their ugly head.
The worst offender was the leg cramps which had made my night a nightmare. Soon I was getting the catching feeling in my stomach and chest area too.
Well-wishers suggested so many things, drink more water, there is sodium deficiency so add salt, do specific exercises before sleeping, etc, but nothing worked.
How did FFD happen?
It is through one of my mutual friends that I came to know about FFD.
Why did I choose FFD?
I wanted to permanently remove the root cause of my cramps, and frozen shoulder - diabetes. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Diabetes and Frozen Shoulder reversal story
In December 2021 I too fell in love with FFD. All my aches and pains fell by the wayside as I marched ahead on my FFD mission with my husband as my cheerleader. I am proud to share that not a single cramp has had the audacity to wake me from my 8 hours of beauty sleep in 2022!
My HbA1c which was 10.2 in December 2021 has come down to 7.8 in August 2022. I am no longer taking the pills, and managing my BSL through insulin.
There is a very strong reason for this. My C-peptide is low only 0.21 which indicates that my pancreas is not producing any insulin. I am sure persistence, hard work, and FFD support I will succeed in waking up my pancreas from its slumber.
As my health improved all frozen shoulder issues were also resolved. Thank you to each one from the FFD team for contributing to my well-being and working on it.
