My Diabetes Story
A routine medical checkup in August 2023 disclosed I had diabetes. Since there is no family history of this condition, the news was a bit shocking for me. I was reluctant to take medicines.
I was already struggling with hypertension in 2008 and high cholesterol in 2009.
