My Diabetes Story
Fifteen years ago, in 2008, a medical examination revealed that I had diabetes. Although there is a family history of diabetes on my paternal side, the diagnosis was still unwelcome.
I experienced issues such as weaker vision, numbness in my feet, and dark circles due to diabetes. It also imposed restrictions on my food choices.
In 2019, another challenge arose with the onset of hypertension. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the trajectory of my health and hoped for a solution.

It was through Dr. B. M. Hegde sir's video that I learned about FFD.
What made me choose FFD?
