My Diabetes Story


In 2010, blood work for excessive thirst revealed that I had diabetes. This discovery was quite shocking as I was only in my late 20s. There is a strong family history of this condition on my paternal side.

In 2019, I developed hypertension, adding another layer to the complication. Looking back, I realized that work pressure likely contributed to these health issues.

What made me choose FFD?


I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope so I enrolled in the type 2 diabetes reversal program HTP immediately.

Joining FFD has proven to be the best decision I've made, as the benefits I've received have far exceeded my expectations. Following the personalized plan has yielded fruitful results, with my blood sugar levels falling into place.

My HbA1c has improved significantly, going from 8 to 6.3. Although I am still on medication, I am confident that with FFD's help, I will soon be free from it.

The remarkable weight loss journey from 84-85 kg down to 72 kg has been truly amazing. Not only have I lost weight, but I have also gained muscle mass and now weigh 78 kg.

The reason I decided to join FFD for a second time was to focus on inner transformation. I used to experience anxiety without any apparent reason, so I thought participating in an inner transformation session would be beneficial.

This decision has led me to think differently. I now practice journaling every morning before getting out of bed, which helps me control my sugar levels and improves my overall thinking. I also incorporate meditation into my routine, dedicating anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes depending on my schedule.

Lastly, I believe that inner transformation is equally important. It has played a significant role in my journey with FFD.


So far, I have accomplished several running milestones, including one full marathon, three half marathons, and two 10k races, along with numerous 5k races. My mission in life is to push boundaries, and I am currently preparing to participate in an Ironman event by 2025.

To achieve this goal, I am learning swimming, and cycling, and improving my running skills.
