How FFD Became My Path to Reversal and Well-being

Hello all,

I'm Ms. Sarah Julie Fernandes, hailing from Dubai.  I have had the privilege of being a teacher in both Mumbai and Dubai. In recognition of my dedication and expertise, I was honored with the prestigious Best Teacher Award.

My diabetes story


Around 14 years ago, I started experiencing a sense of weakness gradually creeping over me.
Upon consulting a doctor and undergoing routine tests, it was revealed that I had been diagnosed with diabetes.
 
Interestingly, both of my parents also suffer from diabetes, and my father additionally battles Parkinson's disease and a cardiac condition. Like many others, I too was prescribed medication to manage my blood sugar levels.

How was FFD introduced?


I became acquainted with FFD through a friend of mine residing in Dubai.

Why did I choose FFD?


I never liked being on medicines. With FFD, I saw a hope of going free of medicines. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Reversal story


The first thing that struck me after joining FFD was that the 4 protocols are terrific.  I had never thought how important it is to have the right balance of diet, exercise, and positivity.

I managed to be on 50% tablets but soon was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer and many things changed for me. I had to take more tablets and insulin as I was out on steroids soon after chemotherapy.
 
But now once completely healed of cancer by God's grace I have weaned myself of insulin by strictly following the FFD diet.
 
I hope if I continue with this, one day I will definitely become medicine free too.

My HBA1c improved from 9 down to 6.4.

I also lost 8 kg of weight which I think is good.
