A March 2020 routine checkup turned out to be the means to disclose that I had high sugars. There is no family history of diabetes and hence the news felt a bit shocking. Chances were that some amount of professional stress must have been the contributing factor.
Weight-wise, I was on the higher side falling in the BMI of 29, All I wanted was that I should get my health back.
