I'm Karthik K, 38 years young business owner from Hyderabad.

My diabetes story

In my annual medical tests, diabetes appeared. Medical history-wise, my mother does suffer from diabetes. On the stress front, being a business owner does involve a reasonable amount of stress.

Since it was just a newly diagnosed case, I did not face any major problems except for night sweats.

How did FFD happen?

I felt it would be better if I reverse my diabetes and avoid going into complications. It was here that one of my friends who had done the FFD program referred me.

Why did I choose FFD?

The most important thing that impressed me was that FFD was not selling anything like others.

Reversal story

I first attended the introductory webinar DRS and then enrolled in FFD’s one-year diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately. Following the 4 protocols as per FFD team’s, instructions proved to be beneficial. My diabetes and cholesterol medicines stopped within a few days of joining HTP.

HbA1c dropped from 7.0 on medicines to 6.0 without medicines. My weight loss also was decent, 4 kg.

I used to do gym earlier but am not able to do it presently due to extensive traveling. Planning to resume it soon.

Pain story

I was not consistent with the exercises. Started doing them and landed up in pain. The FFD exercise team guided me brilliantly for back pain, neck, and sciatica pain. My pain has subsided remarkably and I am much better.
