Introduction

Hello friends

I am Mohini Bhusari, a 75 years old, retired teacher from Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I was a housewife before and after my kids grew up I started teaching. Medical history-wise, I do have a maternal history of diabetes. My mother and siblings suffer from it. In 1999, I had spots and boils in my leg for which I got tested for sugar and came to know I had diabetes.

Medicines and difficulties that came along

I suffered from diabetic neuropathy (for the last 3 years), got my right knee replaced, pain in my ankle, burning sensation, and pain in my hips. I started taking insulin in 2007 and the dose went up to 46 units of Lantus plus 4-5 medicines to control my sugars. Cholesterol medicine started in 2012.

My diabetes reversal journey

Thanks to my daughter who insisted I join Freedom from Diabetes. After following her advice, I joined Dr. Pramod Tripathi sir's Discover Reversal Session (DRS) which is a 2-hour introductory session about diabetes reversal. I sincerely followed all the FFD instructions and got the reward. I was 110.5 kg and post joining my weight is now 81 kg. My insulin stopped in 2 months, and medicines have been cut down. I became free of cholesterol medicines too in 8-9 months.

I am able to manage my daily household activities without help which I wasn’t able to do for the last few years, due to my diabetic neuropathy and excessive weight.
