My Diabetes Story


A medical checkup in February 2021 confirmed I had diabetes. The revelation was not a very pleasant one even though there is a hereditary connection on both sides.

I never took medicines as popping pills was something I never liked and wanted. I knew I was not on that extreme side and knew if I could find a proper path, I would get rid of this situation.

I never liked the idea of being on medicines and getting into complications. I attended the introductory session of Dr. Pramod Tripathi which was quite convincing but still, I was not very sure about myself. It took me one year to make the final decision to join HTP which I feel I should have done earlier.

Joining FFD has been the best decision I made, as it exceeded my expectations.

Once I started following the customized plan, I began to see results. My sugar levels stabilized, and my HbA1c improved from 7.2 to 6.3, which was fantastic.

I lost weight, going from 75 kg to 70 kg which has been decent. Fasting helped me a lot in weight loss. As I incorporated weight training, I switched to three meals a day and gained healthy muscle mass.

Due to my travel commitments, I struggled to maintain consistency with meditation and started feeling hopeless. At that time, I sought help from FFD's inner transformation department, which provided the encouragement I needed.
