What made me join FFD?

It was Dr. Pramod Tripathi's introductory session DRS which was very impressive and induced confidence in me.

Hi All

I am Gopi K, a 48 years young gentleman from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. I own a music store by the name of Music Zone. My Mother was having diabetes during her older age. Talking about stress, being a business owner involves some amount of stress.

How was my diabetes diagnosed?

November 2018 was the time when I started feeling tired. I also used to get headaches which were all new to me. Worried, went for a checkup, and was found to have high sugar.

Sufferings

Sugar was always high. At times, it even crossed 400. Used to feel hungry very often and naturally quantity of the food intake was more.

How did I come to know about FFD?

This is an interesting story. I saw an advertisement on Youtube which was for another organization. It was then I first came across the term reversal. But that organization was costly and it required me to use some external monitors and gadgets, which I was not comfortable with.

Then I searched on Google for similar programs and found FFD. The details given on FFD Website were very practical. I was sure that I can follow up with the program and so enrolled in FFD diabetes reversal program HTP.

FFD journey

Earlier, I had tried Ayurvedic medicines, but they did not help me. FFD protocols are amazing. Dr. Pramod Tripathi has blended diet, exercise, inner transformation, and medical assistance into one program beautifully I must say.

The results I got were astonishing. Within two months, I was told to stop medicines for diabetes. Within three months, I lost 13 kg (from 92 to 79). My HbA1c was 8.7 on 1st March. It came down to 6.2 by 14th June.

Now my sugar levels never cross 200 and my average sugar level is 140. I had never fasted in my life. Now I can fast for continuous 60 hours.

Impression achievement suggestion

I feel very happy and relieved as I have stopped my medicines, which I never thought was possible in my life. My family is also happy to see my improvement.

The only drawback (or should I say a good thing) is that I had to give away all of my favorite costly dresses to purchase a new set of clothes!
