My Diabetes Story
A random blood work done in 2011 confirmed my diabetes. With no family connection to this disorder, the news is a bit shocking. Work pressure played a major role in this I believe.
I have been on hypertension medicines since 2013, Weight-wise too, I was on the higher side (97 kg).
