I also followed a structured fitness routine like Yoga (three times a week), Strength training (twice a week), Cardio workouts (once a week), Dancing (my favorite form of exercise, 2-3 times a week), Walking (added occasionally)
Although I loved badminton, I had to limit it due to tennis elbow pain. Instead, I focused on Bollywood-style dancing, Which kept me active and engaged.
I also embraced FFD’s fasting programs, including the nine-day Navratri fasting, which helped me lose more than 3 kg in just nine days.
There has been a dramatic boost in my energy levels.
