My Diabetes Story
I found out I had diabetes seven years ago, quite by chance, at a blood donation camp. My sugar levels were extremely high—around 540-550 mg/dL—so I wasn’t allowed to donate. I was surprised because I didn’t have any clear symptoms, Except a bit of tiredness after breakfast, Which I thought was normal. I was otherwise quite active, With a routine that included regular walking and yoga.
How was FFD introduced and why did I choose to join it?
I came across FFD through Facebook and YouTube, drawn in by Dr. Tripathi's videos. Though I had known about the program for 2–3 years, I hesitated due to the strict vegan diet and had doubts about its effectiveness. Eventually, I decided to give it a try.Reversal Story
The team assigned to me thoroughly assessed my situation and created a customized plan. As I started following it, I noticed positive changes.When I joined the program, My HbA1c was 7.6. By following the guidelines consistently, I brought it down to 5.6 by October 2024.
I also lost 9 kg Dropping from 63 kg to 54 kg. Though weight loss wasn’t my goal; It happened naturally with the diet.
I feel more energetic now, and even my family and friends have noticed the change. Inspired by my results, I’ve already referred three people to FFD.
Before FFD, I believed diabetes meant lifelong medication. But this program proved otherwise, Thanks to Dr. Tripathi’s guidance. I was always active- Regular at the Gym- But had a sweet tooth and ignored pre-diabetic warnings, Despite a strong family history.
Now, I eat mindfully, Avoiding refined flour, Cheese, and Junk food, With rare weekend treats. I’ve been practicing heartfulness meditation for over 15 years under Guruji Kamlesh Patel, which keeps me balanced.
While I did attend an inner transformation session, My regular meditation practice already supports my Mental, Physical, and Spiritual well-being.
