My Diabetes Story
Nineteen years ago (2004), during a regular medical checkup, I received the unwelcome news of being diagnosed with diabetes.
This revelation came as a shock, especially considering that my father developed diabetes after the age of 60. In addition to diabetes, I also had to contend with other health issues, such as thyroid and blood pressure, for which I required medication in 2015.
Frozen shoulder, third and seventh nerve palsy, and weight gain were among the other problems I faced, making my health journey quite challenging.
