My diabetes story
In 1992, a medical checkup uncovered that I had diabetes, a distressing revelation for someone in their late twenties. Over the years, I relied on medications to manage it, but by 2011, they were no longer effective.
This marked the beginning of my insulin journey, where I had to take a substantial 100 units per day, four times a day, until I discovered FFD.
Unfortunately, the year 2020 brought two more health concerns into my life – hypertension and cholesterol problems.
How was FFD introduced?
My husband, always eager to find solutions on the internet, was the one who introduced me to FFD.
What made me choose FFD?

Reversal story
Freedom from Diabetes has undoubtedly been the most significant and positive transformation in my life. It's incredible how crucial a holistic approach to health is, and FFD embodies this philosophy.
With dedication and sincerity, I began following the protocols, and within just three months, my reliance on 100 units of insulin came to an end.
I've significantly reduced my medication intake and now only require minimal doses. My HbA1c levels have improved remarkably, dropping from 10 to 6.5, which is a great achievement.
I've even bid farewell to cholesterol medications. Notably, I've lost a substantial 24 kilograms, bringing my weight from 105 kilograms to a healthier 81 kilograms.
This has been the cherry on top of the cake, transforming my life for the better. I feel energized and genuinely happy, engaging in regular walks and exercise, which was something I never thought I would enjoy.
