My Diabetes & Hypertension Story
I was diagnosed to have diabetes and hypertension both at the same time. This happened around 31-32 years ago in 1992. Talking about diabetes my father did suffer from it.
I was lucky I was never overweight, Deep within, I wished to regain health.

It was through one of the past participants that I learned about FFD.
