My Diabetes Story
A medical checkup in the year 2013 confirmed I had diabetes. Family history-wise, there is a paternal side connection to this disorder.
Still, the news was pretty shocking for me as I have been health-conscious and a very active person throughout my life.
Luckily, I did not suffer from any other ailments other than this. Internally, I wished to regain health but did not know the proper path.
How was FFD Introduced?
I saw Dr. Pramod Tripathi's video on YouTube and noticed many people had benefited. My son and husband wanted me to be healthy and so pushed me towards it.
What made me choose FFD?
I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope, so I first attended the residential program of FFD named TRP (Transcendental Residential Program) 100th batch.
I loved everything over there and decided to join the annual type 2 diabetes reversal program HTP.

My sugars began falling into place, and my medicines were reduced. I am now maintained on a very low dose of medicines, all thanks to FFD. I hope to become medicine-free soon, of course, with FFD's guidance and help.
My initial 8 kg weight loss from 73 kg down to 65 kg was superb. I have gained a few kilograms, but that is lean muscle mass.
Sessions with the inner transformation expert Udita have been immensely helpful. Her way of explaining is wonderful. I have learned a lot about releasing negativity and feel good now.
If there was not an unwelcome incident, I would have done much better.
