My Diabetes Story
Year 2011 medical check-up revealed I had diabetes. Though there is a strong hereditary connection I had never expected it to happen to me. The news was pretty shocking.
As the days passed, the sugar levels began remaining uncontrolled and at one point when I reached HbA1c 8.5 my diabetologist warned me I would need to go on insulin.
I just did not want to go on insulin and thus began my search for a sustainable solution.

A few individuals from my school circle had discussed FFD.
What made me choose FFD?
As mentioned above, I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope. I researched about it. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Joining FFD just changed my life. As I began following the 4 protocols namely the diet, exercise, inner transformation and medical assistance my sugars started stabilizing.
Now I am maintained on a very reduced dose. My HbA1c level improved from 7.7 to 6.2 which is amazing.
Another good thing that happened is my weight loss. I weighed 82 kg and now I am at 65-66 kg. I am actually a very shy person but after losing weight, I have gained a lot of confidence.
My body, which was very stiff, has become flexible. My husband's compliment about my slimming down really boosts my morale.

I have undergone a discectomy and hence was discouraged to do weights and exercise by all including doctors and family.. I am very thankful to Dr. Malhar Ganla for making me join the gym.
