My diabetes and hypertension both were diagnosed almost at the same time in 1999 (23 years ago). Even though there is a family history of this condition on both sides, the news was pretty unsettling.
I had never expected it, An additional challenge of cholesterol rose in 2018.
Thankfully, I did not have to face issues with excess weight, I needed to do something for my health.
