FFD happened at the right time and changed my life...totally!

I am Lalita Anand, a 53 years young Academician from Hyderabad. Actually, I have enough background to contract diabetes. Both my parents have diabetes. In the year 2018, I underwent spinal surgery. Post-surgery I was put on steroids as pain killers and things got really worse from there. I just could not handle this health-related stress and finally got diagnosed as diabetic.
I was put on two medicines namely Vildagliptin and Metformin for diabetes only. My HbA1c was 7.2 with a weight of 70 kg. I was battling menopause (mood swings, anxiety, hot flushes), migraine, snoring, feeling heavy and unable to dance or climb stairs. I had no stamina or strength to work.
Life was miserable. I was on thyroid medication since 2008 too. The comparison between past and present was really distressing. The downfall was really bad - from a trained Bharatanatyam dancer to a person with no strength and stamina.
I just wanted to get back to my health and started doing some research on those lines. While doing so, I happened to talk to my cousin Sumati. She gave me information about FFD and its activities in the direction of Diabetes Reversal. This was very good news for me and generated a lot of positivity in me. I made up my mind to join FFD and try this way out.

I was suggested to participate in the online session first which I did. Here I got to know the causes of diabetes and how diabetes reversal needs to be approached to achieve complete reversal.
The next step was to enroll in the one-year program. I joined HTP batch 75 with the main goal of achieving weight loss and freedom from medicines
Our program started with a phase 1 diet and exercises. FFD truly has a well-knit efficient team. Had a few queries regarding breakfast which were solved there and then by FFD diet experts. FFD exercise experts suggested ergonomic changes for wrist pain. Everything about FFD is top-notch!
When my stage of Intermittent Fasting came, I was a little doubtful. But the FFD diet expert gave me proper instructions on how to handle hunger pangs which were very useful.
Now, I am 60 kg (lost 10 kgs) and off medicines. I follow strict FFD diet protocol, Do one hour of yoga every day, go for a short walk in the evenings or gym 3-4 times a week. I feel light and can run up and down the stairs. I have started dancing ( I am a trained Bharatanatyam dancer).
Stamina and strength have come back. Headaches and snoring have stopped. Anxiety, anger, and hot flushes have come down. Interestingly, I did 108 Surya namaskars on the 108th day.
