My Story
A routine medical exam around 10 years ago disclosed I had developed diabetes. The news was pretty unsettling despite having a family history on both sides. I too was begun on medicines to control sugar levels which I did not like.
I also faced challenges of hypertension in 2019 and eye problems which suggested I was developing cataracts. Deep within, I always wished a good health.
