Life is not a plain road. There are ups and downs and you have to handle them patiently understanding the causes and situations.
I am into Pharma Wholesale Business. I have always loved my work but my work has definitely been stressful and that stress could have been the cause of me getting diabetes and other problems.
Around 20 years ago, I started noticing signs and symptoms of diabetes. I did not recognize them but my family and friends had noticed that something was wrong with me. These were the people who suggested I get my tests done to find out if anything was wrong.
My sugars were found to be in a very high range. both Fasting and PP. Nothing different happened. I was also started on medications.
In 2011, I suffered from a severe lung infection for which I underwent an operation/surgery. During this time, my diabetes had gone to an uncontrollable level, and had to be started on insulin.
By this time, I had put on a lot of weight which put me into the high BMI category with a BMI being 31. My waist size was around 40 inches then.
Luckily in 2016, I happened to attend Dr. Pramod Tripathi sir's seminar in Jamshedpur and was totally impressed with the whole idea of diabetes reversal. I wished to join during that time only but due to a heavy workload, I could not join.
In 2020, again suffered from high sugars. This time, the blow was even worse with my HbA1c being 13. I once again attended the Discover Reversal Session to update myself and immediately enrolled in HTP batch 60.
From then, it has been a wonderful journey of learning, achieving, and enjoying success.
I am now insulin and medicine-free. My 84 units of insulin stopped in just 25 days of the Holistic Transformation Program (HTP) and my diabetes medicines have stopped just 10 days ago. It was not a simple smooth ride, but the progress has been consistent and I have enjoyed it.
I am very happy now. My weight has also reduced by 23 kg. The waist size has dropped to 32 from 40 inches. It feels really great to fit in smaller size clothes.
Another happy news that I would like to share though it is out of context is my daughter has joined FFD and is doing great.
I am on cloud nine...
