I am Deepti Chaturvedi, a homemaker from Jakarta, Indonesia.

My diabetes story

Approximately seven years ago, while watching TV, I realized that the pictures seemed blurry.  So I went for an eye check-up and had to start wearing glasses. That day, the doctor also suggested getting my blood sugar checked. This is when I was diagnosed as a diabetic.

Knowing my medical history with my parents and grandparents being diabetic, the writing was on the wall. The major symptoms I faced were polyuria, especially at night, loss of stamina, constipation, high cholesterol, high uric acid, fatty liver, and rashes on the scalp and hands.

How did I get to know about FFD?

Our family friend Mr. Kamod from HTP batch 67 informed us about FFD.  He had recently recovered from diabetes and high BP.

Why did I choose FFD?

My HbA1c was 10.5 which was extremely disturbing.  Also, I was suffering from acute constipation and rashes on my body which I wanted to get rid of. My husband Mr. Prakash inspired me to join the program. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in FFD’s one-year diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

My FFD journey was fantastic and very smooth. My medicines were reduced to half in dosage within two months’ time and wholly discarded after five months of joining the program. My weight loss of 10 kg has been amazing.
