My Diabetes Story


A routine medical checkup in April 2024 revealed I was a diabetic. Though I have a paternal side history to it, I never expected it.

I was reluctant to be on medicines and wished to repair my health naturally.

How was FFD introduced?


FFD appeared just when I was looking for a natural health solution on Instagram.

What made me join FFD?


I never liked the idea of being on medicines. FFD was offering hope so I enrolled in its type 2 diabetes reversal program HTP.

My Fasting Story


Dr. Pramod Tripathi announced a group fasting event for Navratri 2024, and I found the challenge motivating, so I decided to participate.

I enjoyed the way I was able to fast during Navratri.

Previously, I struggled with the SNS protocol, but this time I found fasting to be quite easy. I even participated in Garba nights, dancing for about 1-2 hours each day. I managed to maintain my fast with smoothies, Shahi paani, and soup when needed.

I'm not on any diabetic medication yet.

I lost 2 kg in weight. Most importantly, fasting gave my face a beautiful glow. I didn't use any makeup except for kajal and lipstick—no compact, foundation, or moisturizer—just the natural effect of the green smoothie combined with fasting.

During the Garba nights, there were many beautifully decorated food stalls, and I was initially worried about being tempted after dancing. To my surprise, I didn't eat anything from those stalls.

Overall, it was an incredible experience to fast while enjoying Garba. I found that I can continue fasting with just a cup of almond coffee, water, and soup, which is sufficient for me.

I felt much lighter and my focus improved as well.

I plan to fast again in the future.
