Pooja - I was overweight weighing 73.6 kg with a BMI of 28.75. An unhealthy lifestyle plus some stress was taking a toll on my health.
Thankfully, I did not suffer from any other ailments like BP, cholesterol, and others.
Deep within, I wished to improve my health, lose weight, and become fit.
Manish - It was in 2012 when I learned I had diabetes. I noticed excess urination and some unexplained weight loss at that time. Though there is a maternal side connection to this condition the revelation was unpleasant. The cholesterol and BP issues came to be noticed in 2015.
An unhealthy lifestyle made me put on weight reaching up to 86.5 kg with a BMI of 29.6.
My body was shouting that it needed help.

We learned about Freedom from Diabetes through social media.
What made us choose FFD?

The diet and exercise expert guided me on both fronts to achieve awesome fat loss. Though my knee meniscus tear became a hurdle in my journey, I got great support from the team.
I achieved a weight loss of 8.1 kg from 72 kg to 63.9 kg.

My sugar levels began stabilizing and my medicine was reduced.
