My diabetes story
Struggling with the burden of being overweight and the pressures of professional life, I faced an unexpected revelation some 15-16 years ago when a random check confirmed my diagnosis of diabetes.

Reversal story
Joining FFD has undoubtedly been a life-changing decision for me. Witnessing my diabetes medications drop significantly from 8 tablets to just 1 was nothing short of unbelievable.
Along with that, the astonishing weight loss of 18-19 kg, bringing me from 95-96 kg down to 78-79 kg, was truly incredible, achieved within a span of just three to four months.
