Hello all,

I am Bighna Nath Nayak a retired businessman from Navi Mumbai. 

My diabetes story

All my ailments were discovered one by one during medical checkups. First on the list was hypertension. Then came my thyroid problem which was followed by sugar fluctuations confirming diabetes.

I was busy with my work, traveling, and eating so I kept popping pills. Frequently changing medicines was very annoying plus the side effects of the medicine were a big concern.
