Hello all,

I'm Bhuvanesh H from Bangalore.  I work in the IT industry as a Senior Business Analyst. 

My diabetes story 

I was getting frequent headaches for which I went to see a Neurologist.  He diagnosed it as Vitamin B12 deficiency and migraine. After that, I was able to manage my migraine for that 1 year. 

The next year, I again started having a headache for which the doctor suggested me to have a blood test which was diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in 2020. Both my father and mother are diabetic, my brother too is a diabetic.

The inflammation in my body was too high. I was having pain in the heart. I did many tests to check if it was a heart attack but luckily it was just a pain.  I also suffered from a urinary infection, weight gain, brain fog, tiredness, sleepiness, etc.

How did FFD happen?

I researched on the internet for a permanent cure for type 2 diabetes and first found out about Dr. Jason Fung, tried following his method but was not successful. My personal doctor told me to start with insulin as the medicine was not supportive. Then, I really wanted to find some doctor who can actually help me in this. I saw many ads on Facebook too about Dr. Pramod.

My weight loss also has been good from 87 kg to 79 kg. My HbA1c drop after following FFD protocols has been just unbelievable. When I joined FFD, it was 8.8 and now it is 6.4. I have not reached my goal yet but am confident will do it soon.
