My Daibetes Story

As a yoga instructor, prioritizing my health has always been a top priority. However, a routine blood test in 2021 brought an unexpected revelation—I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic.

The news was both surprising and concerning. Despite my active lifestyle, I began experiencing symptoms like persistent dry skin, unexplained weight gain, and a noticeable decline in energy levels.

How was FFD introduced?

A friend recommended the Freedom from Diabetes (FFD) program, sharing her incredible success story. Inspired and determined to reverse my pre-diabetes, I leaped, fully committing to their proven protocols and transformative practices.

What made me choose FFD?

I wished to reverse my pre-diabetes. FFD was offering hope so I enrolled in its annual program HTP.

Joining FFD was the best choice I made for myself.

The team assigned to me thoroughly assessed my situation and created a customized plan. As I started following it, I noticed positive changes.

Over the course of a year, I experienced remarkable transformations in my mobility, flexibility, and strength. The most rewarding achievement, however, was my significant weight loss from 77 kg to 70 kg and the drop in my HbA1c levels—from 6.4 to 5.8—followed by clearing the glucose tolerance test (GTT).

These results confirmed that I had successfully moved out of the pre-diabetic range.

The FFD program was truly life-changing, offering not just expert guidance but also a supportive community and lasting results.
 
While I did regain 2 kilograms after completing the program, I remain committed to managing my health with renewed focus, following the same yoga discipline that has always been my foundation.  
 
This journey has not only strengthened me as a yoga instructor but has also given me a powerful personal testimony to inspire my students—proving that mindful living and proactive health care can create real, lasting change.
