My Diabetes Story
A medical check-up done when I suffered from chicken guinea in 2017 disclosed I had developed diabetes and high cholesterol. The revelation of diabetes despite having a paternal connection felt like a blow. Upon reflection, I realized that personal stress played a big role here.
I have been also been suffering from BP since 2007.
Despite all the setbacks, I was not ready to give up.
How was FFD introduced?
I was introduced to FFD by My Sister Dr. Jayanti Chauhan. TRP, FFD's Residential program HTP too was introduced by her.
What made me join FFD?
I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope. I chose to go for TRP.

Reversal Story
Something about this program felt different. TRP wasn’t about quick fixes or extreme changes; It focused on building a lifestyle that could be sustained over the long term. It was about finding balance through mindful eating, Gentle exercise, And positive thinking.
My medicines stopped which was great. My 11 kg weight loss has been good. My size reduced from XXL to L.
I also lost 4 inches at the waist.
The transformation didn’t happen overnight, There were days of self-doubt. The Journey was filled with small victories, But also plenty of challenges. However, With each passing day, I grew stronger. I would say I started to regain something far more valuable, My Confidence. As she slowly but surely embraced the new routine, I noticed my body becoming more resilient. I was no longer afraid of hurting myself.
My Strength, Both physical and mental, Was returning. As I had quite a few falls, I hesitated to go for walks. After TRP I gained confidence and now I go for my regular walks. I enjoy playing with my Grandchildren, and happy. Each step forward was a reminder that it wasn’t about perfection—It was about progress. I can surely say that transformation does not happen in a single moment, It happens in the quiet, consistent efforts we make every day.
