My diabetes story

2014 was the year I realized I was suffering from excess hunger and weight loss. I went to my doctor who suspected diabetes, which was confirmed by testing. My father got this disorder but it was at a later age. Tiredness was another issue that I faced.

How did FFD happen?

What made me choose FFD?

Reversal story 

My FFD journey has been good. FFD cleared many of my misconceptions about diabetes. I got ample of information about the causes of diabetes which helped me understand it better. My diabetes medicines have been reduced to a minimal level. 

I have got the confidence that I can maintain my sugar levels with minimum medication and will be able to become completely free in some time. FFD has helped me gain weight, I am now at 65 kg and very happy about it.

My cholesterol medicines have stopped. I am still on BP medicine but it is under control. My HbA1c has come down from 7 to 5.6. I used to run and cycle but have chosen the athletic identity of a gymmer now.
