What made me join FFD?

My association with diabetes is 22 long years. The last five years were really bad due to several health problems. My friend encouraged me to join FFD for betterment.

Introduction

I am Gurram Umamaheswar Rao, a 59 years young Entrepreneur from Telangana. Medical history-wise, both my parents had diabetes and all my brothers and sisters have diabetes. Being an entrepreneur is a bit stressful. So stress has been business related.

How did I get to know that I have diabetes?

In the year 2000, I went to one medical camp, where they tested my blood and declared that I have diabetes.

Difficulties I faced

Long-time diabetes gives you many problems. The same happened to me. I did not have any significant issues till 5 years back, but slowly started facing problems with hypertension, irregular heartbeat, lethargy, sleepiness, low energy, etc.

In September 2021, I was told to go on insulin. Since then, I have been on medication and insulin for diabetes with medicines for hypertension and cardiac issues.

My introduction to FFD

One of my friends by name Nagesh of Hyderabad, recommended FFD to me. The initiation by my friend and motivation after the introductory webinar of Dr. Pramod Tripathi sir were the key factors that made me join the FFD diabetes reversal program HTP batch 80.

FFD journey

My journey with FFD has been very fruitful. My HTP program began on 12th March and I got the best news of the stoppage of my Insulin on 25th March. I just could not believe that I was free from insulin. During this reversal journey, I successfully lost 16 kg of weight which I think is remarkable.

Impression

Many good things happened to me after joining Freedom from Diabetes. I became free of insulin, and the medicine dose was reduced to a minimum. I am feeling much more energetic, lighter, and focused. All thanks to FFD.
