My diabetes story

I was already having thyroid issues since 2006. The year 2009 routine medical check-up disclosed I had diabetes too. Family history-wise, my mother did suffer from this metabolic disorder, and the father has just been diagnosed with it.

My sufferings were in the form of urine infection, weight loss, and vision problems. Medication-wise, I was on insulin and medicines to maintain my sugar levels.

How did FFD happen?

I had been aware of FFD for 5-6 years and was following it too.

What made me choose FFD?
