My diabetes story

I discovered I had diabetes during a routine medical examination for weight loss. Even though I do have a solid paternal history, the fact that I was only 35 years old made this news unfavourable.

How did FFD happen?

Reversal story

I was a newly diagnosed diabetic and had just begun taking anti-diabetic medicines. Upon joining the FFD program, my medicines stopped within 1–1.5 months, which was great. I felt like I made the right decision at the right time for my health.

My HbA1c did significantly decrease from 8.1 to 4.6, which is excellent. As previously stated, I had significantly reduced my weight. I have gained 5 kg with the FFD program, which is great, but I would still like to gain a few more.

I prefer yoga and would like to have that as my athletic identity. I am very happy with the FFD treatment. The only regret is I should have followed it to 100%.
