I am Kannammal Chennimalaigownder a retired teacher from Coimbatore.

My diabetes story

My husband is a diabetic. So I was in the habit of monitoring his diet and sugars. In 2012, I began feeling tired and realized I had put on a lot of weight too. Suspicious, I underwent tests which revealed I had high random sugar of 250.

There is no family history of diabetes on either side, so this news was a bit shocking for me. Another major problem I faced is insomnia.

How did FFD happen?

I am a big follower of Dr. B. M. Hegde. He had mentioned a doctor from Pune, Dr. Pramod Tripathi doing great work in diabetes reversal. This is how I came to know about Dr. Pramod Tripathi.

Why did I choose FFD?

Reversal story

My program began on 12th March and I became free of medicines from 30th March. This progress was unbelievable. I also lost a good 7 kg of weight during this process.

On the exercise front, I try to do whatever is suggested by the FFD exercise expert. I would like to appreciate the work of the whole FFD team. All the doctors, diet experts, and exercise experts are very helpful.

I still struggle with my sleep but I am hopeful that by the end of my program, this problem will also get resolved.
